It's taken a bit of time, but all of my books are finally available on Amazon world-wide... in eBook and paperback format! There was a bit of a hang-up along the way. They blocked my books because one of my contributors had a banned word... "Kindle" and I needed to remove it as it may be confusing to customers. After filing several formal review requests saying that it would be confusing to MY customers to use any name other than the name I was born with and have been using it since before...
